From Tuesday 29th September:
- Urgent health concerns can be submitted through the NHS App or practice website for clinical assessment.
- Routine health concerns, nurse appointment requests, repeat prescriptions and administrative requests can be submitted through the practice website.
All urgent health concerns will be reviewed by a clinician, who will determine the most appropriate next step.
Important: Routine appointments after 21 September cannot currently be booked while we introduce the new service. Requests for routine care and nurse appointments will be available online from 22 September.
